Business Development Representative

Financial Recovery Technologies is a rapidly growing startup providing a comprehensive Compliance workflow management solution in the RegTech space. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals
• Make high volume of cold calls each day to prospects
• Grow Skematic’s market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads
• Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets
• Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects
• Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools

• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role
• Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele
