We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, providing personalized solutions and support
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to the growth and success of our business
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach

Essential Qualifications
