As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX). No prior experience is necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things arenaflex! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams of specialists and data researchers to execute and scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer communications that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. * Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Essential Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies. * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to complete tasks. * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. * Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. * Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. * A competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A collaborative and supportive team environment. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Access to the latest technologies and tools. * A comprehensive training program to help you succeed in your role. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Analyst who's passionate about customer service and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!
