**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products or services as needed, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
* Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
