POSITION SUMMARY The Manager – Category Sourcing, Supply Chain Services will play a critical role in Integrity’s growing Procurement function by managing sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance across Agent Leads sourcing, Print, Mail, and Postal Logistics (direct mail, IVR, pre-sort, fulfillment), and select operational categories supporting enterprise operations This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and hands-on operational execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, negotiation experience, and the ability to partner with cross-functional leaders across a decentralized business environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership • Develop and execute category strategies across Agent Leads, print/mail, postal logistics, and aligned indirect spend areas. • Identify consolidation opportunities in a fragmented supplier landscape spanning a high number of business units. • Build forward-looking category roadmaps aligned with Functional partner plans and enterprise operational needs. • Develop business cases, sensitivity analyses, and cost models for pricing decisions and volume shifts. 2. Supplier & Contract Management • Manage operational and commercial relationships with suppliers in direct mail, print, postal distribution, and adjacent categories. • Conduct benchmarking to negotiate competitive rate cards, service levels, and price protections. • Develop QBRs, track KPIs, and ensure supplier compliance with SLAs and service standards. • Partner with Legal to draft, review, and manage MSAs/SOWs, ensuring alignment with SOX, procurement policy, and risk frameworks. • Maintain contract lifecycle oversight, including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring. 3. Logistics, Print & Mail Process Optimization • Analyze print, mail, and postage workflows to optimize cost, accuracy, speed, and conversion outcomes. • Understand supplier operational capabilities—including production timelines, postal classifications, distribution methods, and data hygiene processes. • Support supplier transitions, onboarding, and volume reallocation across major mail providers. • Recommend improvements in direct mail execution, postal optimization, and IVR performance. 4. Cross-Functional Partnerships • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Innovation, Operations, and BU team members to align procurement activities with business goals. • Provide procurement guidance, influence decision-making, and build trust across highly decentralized teams. • Support reporting requirements, including category dashboards, savings tracking, and executive briefings. 5. Analytics, Reporting & Savings Delivery • Conduct spend analysis, supplier performance assessments, and pricing benchmarks. • Quantify and track enterprise savings across rate reductions, supplier consolidation, and postal optimization. • Work with Finance to validate savings methodologies and ensure accurate reporting. • Develop reports, models, and presentations for senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Marketing Operations, or related field. Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred. • 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain operations. • Hands-on experience in direct mail, postal logistics, print operations, or marketing acquisition supply chain strongly preferred. • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract lifecycle experience. • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in pricing models, cost structures, and scenario analysis. • Ability to navigate and influence across a decentralized, high-growth organization. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building capabilities. • Comfortable building processes in a developing procurement environment.
