Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, with a focus on enhancing the quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences for internal stakeholders. You will lead the definition and implementation of a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences for internal stakeholders
  • Define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center
  • Ensure that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborate with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer analytics and support
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a passion for creating open products and services that observe arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and policies for supporting an inclusive culture
