Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions and support to help our members better understand their coverage and options
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- At least 6 months of health care experience
