As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data models, algorithms, and machine learning solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and infrastructure to support data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and security standards to ensure data integrity and compliance * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation **Essential Qualifications** * Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering * Strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with experience in working with large datasets and complex data models * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the airline industry or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's data sources and systems * Experience with Julia programming language * Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Experience with data governance, quality, and security standards **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonuses * Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs * Generous parental leave and family benefits * Access to exclusive travel perks and discounts * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and creativity **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data scientist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
