Documentation Manager – Technical Writer
Job Description:
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for the time and attendance application
• Establish and maintain a documentation management system for the time and attendance application
• Develop and implement configuration management processes and procedures for the time and attendance application
• Manage change control processes for the time and attendance application
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data protection policies relevant to the financial sensitivity of the application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide documentation support
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field
• In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, 6 years of additional relevant work experience, or Associates Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience
• Preferred Certified Configuration Manager (CCM) or Configuration Management Professional (CMP)
• Preferred Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) or Certified Document Specialist (CDS)
