Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative of arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (40-50 callers per day)
  • Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless and efficient interactions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the company's overall growth and success
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in your work
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to your work and maintaining a high level of productivity

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building trust and rapport with customers
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find solutions that meet customers' needs

  • A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that accommodates the company's hours of operation

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB
  • Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
