Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our vision for a more connected, more personalized, and more inclusive shopping experience. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, and driving the development and implementation of new features and capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences for our customers * Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver top-notch customer analytics and experience solutions * Ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of data security and customer protection, working closely with our Information Security team to identify and mitigate potential risks * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our customer analytics and experience initiatives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Collaborate with our Design and UX teams to ensure that our products and services are accessible, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or * 9 years of experience in product management or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the development and implementation of new features and capabilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Experience with data security and customer protection, with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in these areas * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
