[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kinimatic is a fast-growing company focused on solving complex problems for supply chain operators. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage the outbound sales funnel, engage with target accounts, and book discovery meetings with senior commercial leaders.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify target accounts, industries, and personas aligned to defined ICPs prior to outreach
- Build and segment prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support targeted outbound strategies
- Design, build, and manage multichannel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone using Close CRM and Dripify
- Execute daily outbound activity including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase outbound efficiency, response rates, and consistency
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP fit, business need, and buying readiness before booking meetings
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior commercial leadership and Account Executives
- Prepare concise discovery context, account insights, and notes to ensure effective meeting handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM data, activity logs, notes, and workflows within Close CRM
- Track and report on outbound activity levels, meetings booked, conversion rates, and sequence performance
- Create light outbound and LinkedIn engagement assets using Canva
- Document, refine, and improve outbound processes, messaging, and playbooks based on performance data
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and pipeline objectives
- Participate in performance reviews, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives tied to outbound KPIs
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industries
- Proven outbound SDR or BDR experience focused on upper-funnel qualification
- Hands-on experience with Close CRM, Dripify, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Comfortable with cold calling and disciplined follow-up
- Strong understanding of sequencing, personalization, and account-based outreach
- Actively using AI and modern sales tools in daily workflows
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Clear communicator with executive presence
- Coachable and motivated to grow into a senior sales role
