Responsibilities
- Provide backup administrative support to senior-level staff
- Assist with market data administration for Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM)
- Manage office operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee seating arrangements
- Handle administrative project work for operations teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of work experience in financial services
- Proven experience in administrative support and office management
- Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
