[Remote] Remote Sales Associate

The Remote Sales Associate will engage prospective customers, coordinate virtual consultations, and assist with the presentation and enrollment of benefit and protection programs.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads to schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings
• Assist in virtual presentations and client enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
• Follow established workflows, compliance standards, and sales processes
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team targets
• Provide ongoing client support to ensure retention and satisfaction

Skills

• Must currently reside in Canada or the United States
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Coachable mindset with the ability to follow proven systems
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a long-term career mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
