[Remote] Regional Outreach Manager-Los Angeles

The Regional Outreach Manager is responsible for cultivating strong referral relationships, managing a regional portfolio of partners, and executing outreach strategies to maximize brand reach within their territory.
Responsibilities
- Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments)
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external professionals
- Manage and grow a regional portfolio of referral partners
- Create a strategic plan for maximizing brand reach and relational capital within their territory
- Prioritize key states/cities within the region for targeting outreach efforts
- Travel to key areas within the region to cultivate new relationships and nurture existing relationships
- Manage territory budget appropriately
- Effectively plan and execute regional events
- Host and attend regional marketing events, dinners, and gatherings
- Support referral partners during the client’s admissions process
- Maintain data on outreach efforts and manage reports in Salesforce to demonstrate performance levels against key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the admissions team to capture referral data and complete urgent and consistent follow-up with referral partner during the admissions process
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 1+ years of related experience
- Prior experience working in outreach or sales position, preferably in healthcare
- Experience working in a CRM system, Salesforce preferred
- PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software, and word
- Customer centric and demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, staff, patients, referents, and the public
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required
