• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to troubleshooting, user assistance, and system support
• Provide written feedback on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world support practices
• Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in professional, scientific, and technical service environments
• Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines
Skills
• Strong years of full-time experience as a Computer User Support Specialist
• Professional experience within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector
• Strong understanding of end-user support, troubleshooting, and IT service workflows
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration
