As we expand our telehealth services, we're looking for an experienced, motivated PRN Telehealth Physical Therapist to join our team and help elevate care across Ohio and Virginia. Responsibilities As a Telehealth Physical Therapist with AdvantageCare, you’ll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in a virtual setting.Your core responsibilities will include: • Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and reassessments using best-in-class technology • Develop individualized treatment plans to promote strength, mobility, and functional independence • Deliver engaging, results-driven therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms • Educate patients and caregivers to foster long-term success beyond the screen • Maintain timely, professional documentation and treatment notes in our electronic medical record system • Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Support and mentor patients in underserved areas through accessible virtual solutions This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who: • Is passionate about providing exceptional care, wherever the patient may be • Values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to connect deeply with patients • Embraces technology and innovation in delivering high-quality therapy • Wants to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical integrity Qualifications • Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio and Virginia currently preferred (If not currently licensed in both, must be willing to obtain a Compact License) • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.
