Job Overview
In this exciting remote opportunity, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, ensuring the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences. As a key member of the product management team, you will define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, guaranteeing that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and accessibility of client examination and experiences for internal stakeholders.
- Define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character, prioritizing data security and customer privacy.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital character, customer analysis, data security, and privacy, recognizing potential opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analysis solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, you may have 9 years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product development principles.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, would be highly desirable.
