**Your Role: Customer Service Representative**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional phone service to all members and potential members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional phone service to all members and potential members
* Assisting members with general service requests, such as:
+ Opening and closing accounts
+ Financial transactions
+ Problem-solving
+ Plastic card requests
+ Address changes
+ CDs and check ordering
+ Educating members on products and services offered by arenaflex
* Following up on service requests, forms completion, return phone calls, mailing/emailing requested documentation, and research required to resolve issues
* Identifying transactions, verifying funds, account availability, and research requests
* Assisting and instructing members on the use of electronic services, such as:
+ Home banking
+ Anywhere Audio
+ Estatements
+ Bill pay
+ Mobile banking
+ Website usage
* Protecting member assets and account information
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or higher
* Previous customer service experience
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* One or more years of similar or related experience in a call center setting
* Previous financial institution experience
* Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
* Experience efficiently researching accounts and reaching a resolution
* Active listening skills
