**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is highly preferred)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is highly preferred, as it demonstrates strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience (highly preferred)
