Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries via phone, using approved procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality and integrity of the call
  • Answer questions and provide information on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex
  • Reset personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
  • Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries, and appropriately document customer calls
  • Read and interpret documents on file, and understand and retain a large amount of information
  • Respond professionally to escalated calls, should they arise, and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
  • Review customer needs and inform customers of services and resources available to them
  • Stay alert and responsive, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and empowering experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
  • Typing minimum of 25 WPM
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
