**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing – Part Time, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating, and routing as needed to ensure seamless financial operations
* Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
* Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, ensuring easy access to critical documents
* Assisting the Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
**Physical Requirements**
This role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day, with occasional movement about the office. You'll also need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment with ease.
**Job Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
* Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of independence and initiative
* 10-key by touch preferred, with excellent typing skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Good communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
* Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, demonstrating a commitment to a safe and healthy work environment
