About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our tech group, you'll design, develop, and deploy cloud-based data processing and analytics systems that drive business insights and decision-making. You'll work closely with our skilled designers and engineers to build scalable, high-performance systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based data processing and analytics systems using Java, Scala, and other relevant technologies.
• Build and deploy high-performance data pipelines using Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and other NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and other software components using Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our systems.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based systems and data processing.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Scala, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as Cassandra and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with additional experience in:

• Conducted data processing and analytics using Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and other NoSQL databases.
