WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
Digital Domination Packages (DDP) for businesses spending $30K-200K+ monthly on Google Ads.
Price: $10K-15K per month ($120K-180K annually)
Sales cycle: 45-90 days
Target close rate: 30-40% on qualified leads
These are consultative B2B sales with clear ROI. You're solving real problems, not pitching commodities.
YOUR WEEK
10-12 discovery calls (30-60 minutes each)
6-8 proposal presentations (60-120 minutes each)
Close 4-6 deals per month
Work from home. Flexible schedule. 40-45 hours per week.

WHO YOU ARE
You MUST have both skills:
1. Digital Marketing Knowledge
Can analyze Google Ads campaigns and identify waste
Understand SEO, conversion optimization, landing pages
Can explain PPC strategy credibly to business owners
Don't need to execute campaigns, but must speak the language
2. Proven B2B Sales Closer
Personally closed 30+ B2B deals over $50K annually
Comfortable with consultative sales (diagnose first, prescribe second)
Can handle price objections on $120K-180K annual contracts
Discovery-driven process, not pitch-and-pray
Track record of 25-40% close rates
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $85,000
Commission: 3% of contract value collected (up to 12 months per client)
- Paid monthly as clients pay
- Example: Close $12K/month deal = $144K annual contract = $4,320 commission
What You'll Make:
Close 3-4 deals/month:
Year 1: $180-200K
Year 2: $250-280K
Close 4-5 deals/month:
Year 1: $200-220K
Year 2: $280-320K
Close 6+ deals/month:
Year 1: $250-280K
Year 2: $350-400K
Equity: Potential 5% at end of Year 2 if you crush it (worth $900K-1.5M at exit)
