**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to person for customer questions and needs. You'll provide prompt, high-quality support via phone or Zendesk ticketing system, answer customer questions in a timely and accurate manner, and guide customers through the features and functions of our product. You'll work in collaboration with other staff members to ensure that all company rules and regulations are consistently followed, and you'll assess customers and communicate their feedback on our products with peers and leadership.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide prompt, high-quality support to customers via phone or Zendesk ticketing system
* Answer customer questions in a timely and accurate manner
* Give solutions advice and guide customers through the features and functions of our product
* Use excellent communication skills to deal with difficult situations and find effective solutions to customer inquiries
* Keep a good working relationship with customers
* Work in collaboration with other staff members to ensure that all company rules and regulations are consistently followed
* Assess customers and communicate their feedback on our products with peers and leadership
* Ensure appropriate customer follow-up to ensure that their technical problems are resolved
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
* Two years of experience in a contact center environment
* Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in de-escalation techniques
* Proven multitasker able to work in an omnichannel environment
* Independent problem solver with a mindset for troubleshooting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk (preferred)
* Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology (preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk
* Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology
* Previous experience in a similar role at a software company
