Your goal will be to book potential clients on sales calls, generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a 100% commission-based position with performance bonuses, offering you the opportunity to earn a significant income. **Responsibilities** * Learn and master the "Messenger Process" utilized for organic lead generation * Engage in "Messenger Process" lead generation strategy on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and via email inquiries to create conversations with potential leads * Keep a detailed log of leads generated and weekly leads per hour performance * Attend weekly meetings with Chat team members and Chat Manager to review performance, celebrate wins, provide feedback, and give support where needed * Attend Team Huddle meetings with the entire company * Maintain an average 0.5/hr lead generation KPI * Contribute to the critical number of the company (total active clients) by generating high-quality leads for the sales team that have a 70% close rate **Requirements** * Sales or retail experience is preferred * Prior Law Enforcement experience is preferred * Experience working with social platforms Instagram and Facebook * Experience in the fitness and coaching industry is preferred * Experience in direct sales, business, entrepreneurship, or online marketing is preferred * Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style * Must be adaptive in a fast-paced learning environment * Must be the living example of the arenaflex culture at all times * Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (schedule will be created with other team members in advance) * Must be extremely coachable, able to receive and implement feedback on their performance * Track hours and tasks completed through Google Docs/Sheets **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for bonuses and commissions * Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home * Opportunities for growth and development within the company * A dynamic and supportive work environment * The chance to make a real difference in people's lives **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and charismatic individual with a passion for changing lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
