**What to Expect**
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering an elevated, modern luxury experience on incoming calls from customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers who contact us for reasons such as:
+ Placing an order
+ Checking an order status
+ Inquiring about a repair
+ Seeking product information/recommendations
+ Resolving an issue
* Soft sales are required to drive sales and revenue growth
* Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
* Maintaining knowledge and ability to articulate the brand, products, policies, and procedures effectively
* Driving sales by offering to place orders and suggest complementary items based on customer needs and preferences
* Mitigating customer escalations through effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Leveraging multiple systems and tools to handle customer contacts effectively
* Simultaneously handling multiple tasks including contact handling and data processing

+ Strong attention to detail
+ Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows navigation and MS Office

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
