**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Customer Service UX team, where you'll work closely with a talented team of designers, researchers, writers, product managers, and developers to drive a design process that always works backward from the customer. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed UI specifications for iOS and Android apps. You'll also lead cross-team conceptual development, demonstrating systems-level design thinking and delivering design solutions that radically uplevel the existing experience through its simplicity and ease of use.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed UI specifications for iOS and Android apps
* Lead cross-team conceptual development that represents the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology, including generative AI
* Demonstrate systems-level design thinking, delivering design solutions that radically uplevel the existing experience through its simplicity and ease of use
* Contribute to the group's best practices for UX design while continually advocating for design thinking, process, and craft throughout our organization
* Understand customer, delivery partner, and customer service agent needs deeply; develop or work from user profiles with an understanding of the entire user journey
* Work through ambiguity and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* 8+ years of design experience
* Available online portfolio
* Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
* Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with generative AI and machine learning
* Experience designing for complex, ambiguous, and dynamic systems
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research
* Experience advocating for design thinking and UX best practices throughout an organization
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
* Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
