**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive online experience for our clients' customers
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but preferred)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you must be able to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience (preferred)
