Our North America Digital Services team is at the forefront of this effort, using cutting-edge technology and data analytics to drive business results and improve lives. **Job Summary** As a Data & Analytics Visualizations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data visualization strategies that drive business insights and inform decision-making. You'll work closely with our Information and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data products. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us uncover new opportunities and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of data visualization strategies that drive business insights and inform decision-making * Work closely with Information and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data products * Analyze and act on multiple data sources (both internal and external) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Collaborate with data designers and analysts to create and distribute dashboards, datasets, and models that support business intelligence and decision-making * Support the development and implementation of new data products and services that drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Direct business and data analysis to evaluate performance and guide strategy, ensuring that data plays a critical role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning * Identify and promote additional value of analysis by acting as a champion of data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analysis across the organization **Capabilities and Prerequisites** * Bachelor's degree in business or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence * Expertise in data visualization tools, with a focus on Power BI capability * Ability to create clear and actionable insights from complex data * Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics * Proven ability to filter through data, perform analysis, identify key insights, and develop recommendations * Experience working with large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics * Experience working with internal and external data sources, including Nielsen, market research, performance, volume, and revenue data **How We Can Help You** * Our mission is to "Revive the World.
