Client Success & Event Coordinator

Apex Assembly LLC is seeking a Client Success & Logistics Assistant to deliver exceptional experiences for its Members and Sponsors. This entry-level role will involve coordinating logistics for executive events, managing communications, and supporting internal teams.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Sponsors attending Apex Assembly events, from onboarding through post-event surveys
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients from contract signature through event completion
  • Facilitate sponsor onboarding calls to review deliverables, timelines, and event logistics
  • Assist with hands-on event management and on-site coordination
  • Conduct post-assembly follow-up and reporting for sponsors
  • Schedule all pre-event calls and recordings with sponsors
  • Manage inbound emails and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including unsubscribes and contact updates
  • Assist with event app management for Assemblies
  • And other duties as required by the company needs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple priorities
  • Ability to work standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office in Midtown Manhattan 2-3 days per week
  • Work Authorization - must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Prior experience in client success, event coordination, hospitality, or operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
