Junior Marketing Coordinator
Momentum Solutions is a private equity-backed global network of strategic support companies. They are seeking a creative and organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing strategies, create social media content, and support email campaigns while collaborating with the internal team.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content (posts, stories, and short-form videos) based on the content calendar
- Edit short-form videos for social channels using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
- Maintain brand consistency across all posts, captions, and visuals
- Handle basic community engagement (comments, tags, and DMs)
- Design digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (brochures, graphics, presentations, event signage)
- Build templates for posts, newsletters, and campaigns to streamline content creation
- Organize and maintain marketing assets in Google Drive for easy team access and collaboration
- Draft and format email newsletters using HubSpot
- Upload new blogs, announcements, or pre-designed content to HubSpot
- Help execute monthly content calendars and campaigns
- Support event and trade show materials from prep to post-event follow-ups
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot and Excel (basic reporting)
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to provide input and support execution
Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong design skills: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, CapCut, or other marketing/CRM tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Creative eye for visual storytelling and social media content
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Up-to-date on trends across social platforms and within our industry
- Comfortable working within established brand systems while adding your creative touch
- Experience creating email marketing campaigns (HubSpot or Mailchimp)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, or paid social (strategic guidance provided)
- Photography or videography skills
