- Instrument, track, and QA data: Ensure accurate tagging and event tracking; collaborate with Analytics/Engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain reliable reporting across the funnel
- Analyze and act fast: Mine large datasets to identify trends, diagnose performance swings, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities; turn insights into clear recommendations and rapid tests
- Apply modern analytics tools: Use SQL (and, where useful, Python and LLMs) to dive deeper into performance, experiment design, and attribution; leverage tools like Hightouch to activate audiences
- Model impact & measure incrementality: Evaluate channel and landing page changes using sound testing principles and attribution approaches; communicate trade-offs and expected ROI
- Collaborate across teams & partners: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to unlock new growth levers, accelerate execution, and share results
- Build visibility: Create dashboards and concise readouts that align stakeholders on results, insights, and next steps
Skills
- 1–2 years in marketing and/or data/business analytics with hands-on ownership of performance analyses or experiments
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working across large, messy datasets; ability to stitch together tables and answer novel questions
- Experimentation mindset: Familiarity with statistical modeling, test design, confidence intervals, and practical attribution concepts
- Channel experience: Exposure to at least one performance channel (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic); SEM background preferred but not required
- Landing page chops: Experience partnering with UX/Design/Engineering to improve conversion (copy testing, layout, form UX, page speed, trust signals)
- Tooling: Comfort with GA4 (or similar), Looker/Tableau/Advanced Excel
- Owner mentality: Proactive, scrappy, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Collaboration & leadership: Ability to influence peers and partners; experience mentoring or guiding junior teammates is a plus
- SEM background preferred but not required
