Recruiter
R+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965. They are seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for recruitment and employment processing, supporting multiple hiring managers and regions throughout the company.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a very high-volume and demanding environment
- Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve, escalates issues not resolved timely and is responsible for staffing goals
- Reviews applications/resumes to match prospective employee's work history, education, job skills and salary requirements with our current job openings
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager
- Setup interviews and complete full onboarding process

- Must possess strong communication skills

- Must be flexible, and dependable
- Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
