[Remote] Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will drive top-of-funnel activity by booking calls with qualified prospects and be the first voice many future clients hear, focusing on outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls daily to pre-qualified prospects to schedule intro calls with potential clients
- Own the outreach process end-to-end, including script execution, objection handling, and call coordination with the Growth team
- Use quick, live research to find meaningful angles that connect with each prospect during calls
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach best practices
- Participate in weekly reviews to track progress against meeting goals and improve performance
Skills
- Confident, clear phone communicator: you enjoy being on the phone and know how to keep people engaged
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Coachable, resilient, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven role
- Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred
