Inside Sales Associate
DRF Water Heating Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who is a motivated communicator. The role involves engaging with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat
- Convert incoming calls and outbound leads into sales
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Follow-up on leads and deliver excellent post-sale support
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to earn weekly commission
- Develop product and sales skills with the ability to promote to salary role

- Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and eager to learn
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (especially in home services)
