Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Hippo Harvest is a controlled environment agriculture startup focused on sustainable vegetable production using advanced technologies. As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will drive marketing initiatives and sales operations, ensuring efficient order processing and enhancing the company's consumer presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute shopper marketing programs including in-store demos, coupons, and promotional campaigns
- Help develop and test emerging marketing channels—from retail activations to social media experiments
- Create and maintain marketing materials, sales assets, and product information libraries
- Own the daily sales order processing workflow with precision and identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Be a reliable, responsive point of contact for customers, building trust through clear communication and follow-through
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and proactive customer updates
- Partner with Finance and Accounting as required to reconcile issues related to customer or vendor invoicing
- Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Achieve level of competence in using internal and external systems
- Perform business in a professional, ethical, and moral manner
- Perform additional duties as necessary
