[Remote] Compliance and Licensing Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Licensing Administrator to support day-to-day licensing, compliance, and MLS administrative functions, focusing on preparing applications and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
Responsibilities
- Complete and prepare real estate firm and MLS/Board applications for internal review prior to submission
- Review real estate commission requirements related to physical office compliance, including required signage and displayed documentation
- Ensure brokerage office locations meet applicable state regulatory requirements
- Administer firm, MLS, and board accounts, including maintaining accurate emails, phone numbers, login credentials, and account details
- Manage shared email inboxes and respond or route messages as needed
- Place and receive phone calls with real estate commissions, boards, MLSs, and vendors as required
- Maintain and update Airtable records to track applications, account details, and compliance status
- Provide general administrative support related to licensing and compliance as assigned
Skills
- Prior experience in a real estate-related administrative role (brokerage, title company, mortgage underwriting, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with CRM systems, Airtable, MLS accounts, and shared inbox environments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and process-driven
