Field Application Engineer - New College Graduate (NCG)

Sandisk is a leading company in the computer hardware industry, known for its innovative solutions in Flash and advanced memory technologies. They are seeking a Field Application Engineer to support key customers by managing technical relationships, product qualifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical relationships with the assigned customer. FAE is the go-to person as customer’s technical contacts
• Manage product qualifications and activities, like customer specification collection, sample arrangement, technical issue management and effective customer communication
• Responsible for handling the 1st level hands-on debugging
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams

Skills

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3.5 GPA
• Have desire to develop career in the storage industry
• Effective communicator and interested in customer facing role
• Strong team player
• Basic understanding about computer hardware and software architectures
• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good project management skills
