The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and client groups to build effective talent pipelines and support business strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process
  • Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
  • Drive a high‑quality talent pipeline by leveraging strategic sourcing tactics and building strong, long‑term relationships with candidates and industry partners
  • Connect business and talent trends as a business strategic support and consultant; you’ll be a true partner and subject matter expert on talent acquisition

Skills

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You are a confident and competent recruiter
  • You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You value and embrace change
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You believe in the value of the candidate experience and strive to provide the utmost service and support to all customers – both internal and external

  • 1+ years of progressive experience in recruitment on manufacturing roles is preferred
