PGIM Analyst, Investment Operations (Hybrid-Newark/NJ-Tampa/FL)
PGIM is the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, focused on improving financial services and making a meaningful impact. The Analyst in Investment Operations will be responsible for preparing various investment compliance reports and handling monthly and quarterly reporting of Assets Under Management while supporting multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Daily review of limit monitoring dashboards & reports
- Researching limit overages & validating overage causes with business partners
- Processing of limit overages in workflow tool
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly compilation/analysis/distribution of collateral, limit, and Statutory monitoring reports
- Work with Senior Management, Compliance, Securities Trade Monitoring, various Finance and Technology teams, and the Law Department
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Knowledge of investment accounting and of various investment instruments
- High level of self-motivation and dedication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Client focused and results oriented work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to summarize and communicate complex issues effectively, both orally and in writing
- Prior background / internship experience in investment management or financial services Industry is strongly preferred
