Junior Designer

Sia Experience is a full-service creative agency within Sia, focusing on delivering impactful and growth-focused solutions for clients. The Junior Designer will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create visually engaging digital experiences, supporting the development of creative concepts and designing various digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to develop and refine creative concepts for campaigns, websites, and branded content
• Design digital assets such as responsive web layouts, social media graphics, presentation decks, and internal collateral
• Support creative research and concept development through moodboards, style explorations, and visual storytelling
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and deliver pixel-perfect visuals for handoff to developers
• Stay current on digital and social design trends, bringing fresh perspectives to each project

Skills

• 1–2 years of professional design experience, ideally in a digital-first or advertising environment (internships count)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Visual Communication
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital work — websites, campaigns, social media, and motion/animation are a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Zeplin, Principle, or Figma)
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit — with a sense of humor and eagerness to learn
• Must reside within commuting distance of our NYC office
