About the Role

You will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or the internet, providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications and Requirements

• A associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification
• Fluency in both French and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
• Ability to multitask quickly
• Desire to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
• A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed)
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
