You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. * Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels. * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency. * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique. **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. * Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in data analysis. * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives. **arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being, offering a range of benefits that support their physical, financial, and intellectual health throughout their career journey.
