**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. Your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail will help build and maintain strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
* Assist clients with questions regarding their personal injury cases, providing accurate and timely information.
* Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings.
* Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
* Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bilingual: 1 year of experience (Required)
