Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Demonstrated success in operational process design, implementation, and optimization.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels and functions.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive results.
• Knowledge of local business, labor, or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Passion for operational excellence and for simplifying global work.
