Regional Civil Engineer Lead – Bridge and Structures
Job Description:
• Responsible for building client and partner relationships
• Pursuing and winning bridge and/or structure-centric projects
• Managing and delivering those projects
• Ability to develop project proposals, build project teams, lead project interviews, negotiate terms and conditions
• Ability to train engineers in the development of construction/contract documents
Requirements:
• B.S. Civil Engineering
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
• 16+ years of progressive work experience in structural/bridge design and project management
