[Remote] SAP IBP Senior Consultant (Remote - USA)

The SAP IBP Senior Consultant will execute high-quality project work, build capabilities in Connected Logistics, and foster client relationships while ensuring the quality of services offered. Responsibilities • Work on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries • Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Planning and SAP IBP • Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and cost • Foster long term relationships with clients • Identify and lead business development opportunities • Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor • Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader Skills • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education • 6+ years of work experience in the consulting industry • 6+ years of SAP IBP experience • 3+ full SAP lifecycle implementations • Fluency in English • Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus • Analytical and structured working attitude • Percentage of travel required: up to 100% • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States • Some SAP S/4HANA experience • SAP certifications • Project management and/or team lead experience • Multi-lingual Benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Paid Sick leave • 401(k) match • Medical, dental and vision coverage • Tuition and certification reimbursement • Life Insurance • Short and Long Term Disability Coverage • Subsidized gym membership program • Subsidized Porsche and VW leasing programs Company Overview • MHP is a leading international management and IT consultancy.
