As part of continued growth in enterprise sales, we are expanding our commercial sales team and seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to manage and develop strategic accounts.
Role Overview
This role focuses on developing and managing enterprise-level customer relationships within construction, telecommunications, utilities, and commercial installation markets. The position is fully remote and offers a high degree of autonomy, making it well suited for experienced sales professionals accustomed to managing complex sales cycles independently.
You will oversee the full sales process, from prospect development through contract execution, working closely with internal operations and logistics teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise and commercial buyers
• Lead full-cycle sales processes involving large, multi-line product orders
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and solution-based presentations
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within the company CRM
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Consistently achieve defined sales and revenue objectives
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial, construction, electrical, or technical product sectors
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value transactions
• Experience working with enterprise or commercial decision-makers
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Proficiency using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment
Preferred Experience
• Background in cable, electrical, construction, or industrial distribution
• Existing professional network within relevant B2B industries
• Experience supporting large or multi-location customer accounts
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital sales tools
Compensation & Engagement Details
Compensation for this role is performance-based and aligned with closed revenue. Earnings are tied to individual sales results and account performance. This opportunity is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working in a variable-compensation structure.
This position is offered as a contract-based engagement, and individuals are responsible for their own tax and business obligations.
