[Remote] Pharmaceutical QA Specialist – BPR

They are seeking a Pharmaceutical QA Specialist to review batch production records and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and internal quality standards while supporting process improvements in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities • Review batch production records, manufacturing instructions, protocols, equipment logs, and deviations for completeness and compliance • Verify entries are documented, signed, and dated; resolve discrepancies before approval • Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and is ready for internal and external audits • Create, revise, and review BPRs, SOPs, and manufacturing documents • Review engineering records, including temperature/humidity logs, calibration, and PMP records • Conduct daily quality rounds on the shop floor to verify GMP compliance • Support audits and respond to batch record or manufacturing queries • Recommend improvements to streamline batch review and enhance compliance • Complete training and follow company policies, cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards • Perform additional duties as assigned Skills • 2–3 years of experience in batch record review or QA within the pharmaceutical industry • Knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes • Experience with document management systems (e.g., Master Control) • High attention to detail for reviewing complex documentation and resolving issues efficiently • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills for cross-department collaboration • Ability to prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field Benefits • Benefits • Potential bonus Company Overview • Mogi I/O is next generation, scalable and cost-effective delivery solution that enables online video providers (image optimization) to profit from their content by a superior video/image experience to billions It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in New Delhi, Delhi, IND, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
